Kusel Equipment

WEIGHER-STOMPER FOR CHEESES
The Kusel Equipment Weigher-Stomper can increase companies’ cheese productions dramatically. By using the Weigher-Stomper in conjunction with a Wilson-style cheese mold, a mold funnel, and the Kusel Curd Elevator, operators can fill up to five 40-pound cheese hoops per minute at the touch of a button, the company says. Each mold placed on the elevator is filled to the desired weight and then moved under the automatic stomper station. From vats to curd handling, Kusel has the equipment to increase efficiency in their clients’ cheesemaking process, it states.

Hart Design

AN ENERGY-SAVING COMPACT COOKER
Hart Design & Manufacturing entered into a partnership with MilkyLAB and now offers mixers, blenders and cookers. COPRODEV PLUS

3D MODELS AID IN CHEESE-CUTTING
When it comes to high throughput cheese cutting, COPRODEV PLUS knows how cheese losses can pit the profitability of a cutting line, from cheese on the floor, give-away or abnormally high trim. The company’s cheese-cutting technology offers simple, easy-to-clean and easy-to-maintain equipment, yet is sophisticated and smart in its software, the company says. 3D laser cameras scan the cheese bars to produce a 3D model, and a special algorithm produces the perfect cutting solution to optimize the yield, the company adds.
