Coesia, via its company FlexLink, announced the acquisition of Automation & Modular Components LLC. (AMC), a manufacturer of material handling automation systems with integrated controls. The Davisburg, Mich.-AMC also produces conveyors for integration into assembly systems and production lines. The merger is expected to strengthen Coesia’s and FlexLink’s presence on the U.S. market, especially in the battery sector, Coesia stated.

Westrock Coffee Co. announced the expansion of capabilities at its Extract and Ready-to-Drink (RTD) facility in Conway, Ark. It also entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Select Milk Producers to establish a joint venture to build and operate an extended shelf life and aseptic, multi-serve bottle facility to be co-located at Select Milk’s facility in Littlefield, Texas. Westrock and Select Milk Producers anticipate the first product to ship from their milk lines in the first quarter of 2026.
