PUSHING BOUNDARIES IN NATURAL CHEESE
Sargento announced it has expanded its natural cheese lineup with two new product lines: Sargento Hot & Spicy Sliced Cheeses and Sargento Balanced Breaks Cheese + Crunch Mixes. The Plymouth, Wis.-based company notes that the expansion reinforces the brand's unwavering commitment to quality and pushing the boundaries of the natural cheese category. The sliced cheeses are available with sweet, smoky or intense spice in Mango Habanero Jack, Smoky Hot Colby-Jack and Carolina Reaper Jack, respectively. Snack-wise, the new cheese + crunch mixes, an expansion of its Balanced Breaks snacks portfolio, cover consumers' top flavor preferences: Buffalo Ranch, Sour Cream & Chive, and Smoky & Sweet BBQ. Each pack contains seven to eight grams of protein.

Häagen-Dazs, a brand of Vevey, Switzerland-based Nestlé, debuted a new suite of flavors and products. Anchored by its new Dark Cherry Truffle flavor and Cherry Dark Chocolate bars, the portfolio includes Coffee Almond Toffee and Peanut Butter Brittle in 14-ounce cartons, Toasted Coconut Crunch ice cream bars and Dulce De Leche mini bars. Häagen-Dazs’ new flavors are available nationwide, with the 14-ounce cartons available for a suggested retail price of $6.99. The 3-count bars can be purchased for $6.49, while the 6-count mini bars are available for $7.49.
A FRESH TAKE ON CLASSIC TREATS
Turkey Hill and Entenmann's are blurring the line between the bakery aisle and the freezer case, as the two brands debut a pair of ice cream flavors inspired by the snack brand’s most recognizable treats. The Soft-Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies flavor features sweet cream blended with soft, chewy cookie pieces, while the Little Bites Fudge Brownies flavor is packed with rich chocolate indulgence and generous chunks of fudgy brownies. The flavors will be available at select retailers throughout the Northeast, including ShopRite, ACME, Safeway MidAtlantic, Giant Food and Turkey Hill Minit Markets.
DAIRY ALTERNATIVE MILK AVAILABLE DIRECT TO CONSUMER
Eclipse Foods announced that its new Non-Dairy Whole Milk is now available for direct purchase on Amazon. The plant-based milk delivers on flavor, stability, sweetness, and cloud-like color while also providing foam in hot and cold beverages that doesn’t settle at the bottom of a drink, the Alameda, Calif.-based company says. Co-founded in 2019, Eclipse Foods has expanded its foodservice partnerships to increase accessibility for non-dairy products. It is available at Florida’s Kahwa Coffee chain, and at Mad Lab Coffee Roasters and RAW Superfood Café on the West Coast as well as Amazon, where it retails for $34.99 for a 6-pack.
DESSERT-INSPIRED INDULGENT DIPS
While Boar's Head is best known for its premium meats and cheeses, the Sarasota, Fla.-based company introduced Greek Yogurt Dessert Dips. Blending indulgence with intention, the dips blend creamy Greek yogurt with premium, dessert-inspired ingredients that bring a modern twist to mindful indulgence. Available in Key Lime, Cinnamon Churro, and Chocolate Espresso, the gluten-free, low-fat dips contain no artificial colors or flavors and are boosted with probiotics for a balance of flavor and function.
ENTICING A NEW GENERATION
Ice cream cake is now even more irresistible as Carvel Ice Cream Cakes rolled out an exciting new look at grocery stores nationwide. The packaging refresh and updated grocery tagline, “The Original Ice Cream Cake," comes from I Love Ice Cream Cakes, a division of Rich Products. Pops of summery yellow join Carvel’s signature cherry red and blue frost. PROTEIN-PACKED MILK
Founded in 1901, Meadow Gold Dairy, a farmer‑owned brand of Dairy Farmers of America (DFA), is introducing Meadow Gold Protein. This new offering not only provides high-quality dairy protein per serving, the new milk stays true to the brand’s legacy of freshness, local sourcing, and family nutrition, the Topeka, Kan.-based company says. Each 64‑ounce jug delivers 15 grams of natural dairy protein per serving from local farms. Meadow Gold Protein launched in whole and 2% reduced‑fat varieties at major retailers including Walmart, Target, Albertsons, and other regional grocery chains for a suggested retail price of $3.99.
MORE PROTEIN, LESS FAT
Kraft Natural Cheese launched Protein Cheese Sticks, a cheese snack designed to meet growing consumer demand for convenient, protein enhanced snack options. Available in two classic varieties — Mild Cheddar and Pepper Jack — each stick delivers 17 grams of protein per serving and contains 50% less fat than Kraft Natural Cheese’s traditional Mild Cheddar and Pepper Jack Cheese varieties. Noting that consumers want snacks that work as hard as they do, the cheesesticks deliver the familiar taste people love with 17g of protein to keep consumers energized. Kraft Natural Cheese Protein Sticks are now available at select retailers, including Target, Publix, Food Lion, Hy-Vee and ShopRite.
