CHEESE SNACKS WITH FLAVORED CENTERS

New Holland, Pa.-based Savencia Cheese USA says it added a new snackable product: Alouette Gourmet Bites. The offerings are small balls of Alouette’s signature creamy cheese filled with flavor-packed centers. The cheese balls come in two flavors: Garlic & Herb, which is based on Alouette's best-selling spreadable cheese, and Caramelized Onion — an elevated spin on a popular snacking flavor. Perfect for entertaining, the small morsels are fun and indulgent, with fewer than 100 calories per serving. The offerings are available now at ShopRite and Harris Teeter stores.

NITRO COLD BREW

Austin, Texas-based High Brew Coffee says it added High Brew Sweet Cream nitro cold brew. The company says it uses industry-leading widget technology to infuse nitrogen into each of the nitro products, so more nitrogen is released into the beverage than when using the infusion process. High Brew Sweet Cream nitro is less acidic than regular cold-brew beverages and delivers a bold, less bitter taste. The beverage is made from 100% Arabica direct-trade beans, which are cold-brewed over time and never heated.

Petaluma, Calif.-based Clover Sonoma says it introduced a colorful dairy brand, Clover the Rainbow, which empowers kids with creative flavors and quality nutrition. Designed to teach kids about eating the rainbow of fruits and vegetables as part of a healthy diet, Clover the Rainbow debuted with three organic yogurt smoothies: Strawberry Carrot, Blueberry Beet and Strawberry Banana Butternut. Each smoothie is a good source of protein and calcium, has billions of probiotics to help support gut health, is made with real fruit and veggies, and has no artificial flavors or sweeteners.

Change is Brewing is part of Ben & Jerry's ongoing work to advance racial justice. The offering will be available as a limited-batch flavor at participating Ben & Jerry's scoop shops and on store shelves for a suggested price of $4.49-$5.69. According to the company, Silk Nextmilk is coming out in whole-fat and reduced-fat varieties at grocery stores nationwide for a suggested retail price of $4.99 per carton. It is an excellent source of six key nutrients found in dairy, including calcium, vitamin D, vitamin A, vitamin B12, riboflavin and phosphorus; it also offers 4 grams of plant-based protein per serving.
